Affinity Networks Awarded Contract to Support Veterans Who Have Suffered TBIs

30 September 2011, Arlington, VirginiaAffinity Networks, Inc. (ANI) announced today that it was awarded a contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide a health information delivery system that is needed to support VA patients suffering from Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).  Affinity will provide software development, content design and system integration services to implement their product, IntelaCare, into the VA’s technology infrastructure.  IntelaCare delivers telephone based, culturally relevant healthcare applications and content to support pharmaceutical compliance and healthy lifestyles, leading to improved healthcare access, affordability, quality, and outcomes for its users.

According to the ANI’s President, Mr. Arthur R. Henderson,  “the ANI team is applying IntelaCare to facilitate disease management and medication adherence content specifically designed to support Veterans at the Palo Alto Veterans Center who have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).  This project furthers our mission to provide enhanced medical services and systems to support our Nation’s veterans.”
